I hired this attorney for two small claims collections actions even though I usually do them pro se (for myself) because I had some doubt as to my rights to the claim. His research was thorough and his fees were reasonable. He gave me clear reasons why certain actions had to take place, educating m...e in the process. The good news was, because his letter to my customers had an attorney's name in the letterhead, it garnered instant respect and, in one case, full payment!

Very cold to deal with and when he told me that I had money left over in his trust account he was slow to return it. After more than 3 weeks of waiting, I emailed him with an expectation of having the funds returned within 5 business days, he replied that he would get around to it when he could. When... pressed, he got frustrated and told me that I wasnt a high priority on his list. After threatening to go to the State to file a complaint against him, I received the money the next day. In addition, in the last year he has been cold to me and has even had an attitude of not wanting to be bothered with pleasantries in passing at the coffee shop. His professional manner is again cold and business like. To his credit, he did write a letter on my behalf to resolve an issue for me.
