Greg helped me through my whole divorce process and answered all of my questions. He worked with me through all of it until the end and made the process less stressful which I couldn’t thank him enough for. The fact that he’s personable made it a more comfortable environment. He ignored my calls when my husband took my kids to Florida and wouldn’t let me talk to them or see them for four months. He did nothing when my husband had a tractor trailer delivered to our storage building and loaded up whatever he wanted and took everything to California. He never met with me eve...n one time before the first divorce/custody hearing where he had me sign documents on the way into court and said they were typical financial forms. He apologized as we walked into court because he had back surgery and a trial starting in two days. The only thing he did was deposit the $10,000 retainer and then drop me as a client for asking him why he apologized. He told me I had to sign the agreement he had already worked out with my husband’s attorney to take my kids to California. He told me I had no other choice. I was in shock. My husband had been arrested for assaulting me in front of my kids and I had been the primary caregiver and had no allegations of abuse or neglect and a completely clean record. My husband was the top producer at Ministry and the Guardian ad Litem worked for the law firm who did our wills and trusts and my husband went to dinner with the partner regularly. My husband had his record wiped clean and all of my complaints were ignored. Jarabek dropped me as a client when I asked him why he apologized. He did nothing but complain about me in the hallway before court and the agreement he told me I had no other choice and had to sign made my entire custody case impossible to recover from. It took me five months to find an attorney who would take my case. Three attorneys told me that Jarabek should be facing malpractice charges. He failed me miserably against a man who only cared about money and lied and made false reports to the social worker who didn’t stop to consider my husband’s agenda since he was a well known doctor and member of every board he could sit on.

Gregory helped us with our contract dispute. He gave us sound legal advice as well as some helpful insight as to what would happen in the courtroom before our small claims trial. Not only was he correct in his assessment but gave us support after the trial to help settle the situation and get us a go...od result. I would recommend him any day of the week.

I chose Attorney Jerobek because of his great ratings and because I felt at ease since the first time I talked to him, and am so glad I did. I talked to a different law firm before him and the lawyer's response was "well this is a damn mess" and he started rattling off things that we immediately had ...to do. I hung up the phone overwhelmed and anxious and called Attorney Jerobek. Thank God I did. I live in a different state than my now ex husband so my case was pretty complicated and he still did wonderful. He appeared in court for me numerous times, took care of all the telephonic conferences, and got me so much further than I would have without him. He was always very easy to talk to and constantly kept me informed through both phone, email and mail. His assistants were always so cheerful and understanding, explaining things so I could understand. They got all the necessary paperwork done so fast and efficient and constantly kept me informed exactly what was happening. This resulted in me being able to do my work and live my life without constant stress and probably a nervous breakdown. And he did wonderful on my case. I so highly recommend Attorney Jerobek. He is amazing at his job and him and his assistants are amazing people. They will never leave you guessing what's going on, so scared and nervous you're ready to cry, you won't regret any money you pay. If I ever need a lawyer again, he will be my first choice for sure.

Gregory helped us when we needed to break a real-estate contract. Through his powerful negotiation skills we were able to dissolve the contract and avert further legal action while incurring the smallest amount of financial pain possible. Throughout the process, Gregory educated us and kept ...us informed of the status of the negotiations.
