I went to see Mr Jerabek for a bankruptcy consultation because I had filed for Social Security Disability and since I was unable to work I had many bills that were over due. I was really dreading this appointment! Greg Jerabek immediately put me at ease, he was very friendly, compassionate and non-judgemental and explained the whole bankruptcy process in a way that I completely understood. I hired him that day and throughout the process he was always available to answer any questions that I had, sometimes more than once! I thought that I would have to file right away, but he advised me to wait until I had medical insurance, so I wouldn't have horrible medical bills in the event I needed to be hospitalized after I filed for bankruptcy but before I was deemed disabled. Good idea! I was finally able to complete my bankruptcy with no problem, and with no medical bills hanging over my head. Two years after wards my health had deteriorated to the point that I could not keep my hobby farm. I sold it, paid the mortgage and I had enough money left over to purchase a little home near my family, so I have the support that I need. I believe I was able to do that because of the excellent advice and guidance provided by Greg Jerabek. I have recommended him to many friends and they all have been happy with his knowledge of the law, and his very friendly manner.

I feel as though we live in the day and age of the "customer satisfaction survey". It is not uncommon to walk out of any given place of business, to examine your receipt and to read the words "your feedback matters to us".
I accept the challenge and opportunity of saying something that matters, especially in regards to one of the most important decisions that many people will make in their lives, choosing the right attorney.
I have known Gregory Jerabek for most of my life; we attended grade school and high school together. He was a tremendously gifted young man and after some deliberation he entered into law school. There was a time when I might have judged this action as an uninspiring turn towards a career that offered a long road of growth and uncertain opportunity, but Greg excelled at it.
Over the many years that followed I would witness my friend’s fortitude and perseverance, passion and persistence as he grew into a seasoned professional at an unprecedented pace. Years ago now, I still recall taking the phone call when Greg became a partner at his firm.
Life can be a complicated web to navigate for an entrepreneurial minded individual such as myself. In as many ways as I have tried to avoid client based relationships with friends over the years, the necessity of sound legal representation is quite literally inescapable.
As a friend it seemed a bit alien to me the first time that Gregory Jerabek’s signature began to appear at the bottom of my many various legal documents, but I can tell you that choosing to work with Gregory is undoubtedly one of the best personal and business decisions that I have made. It is perhaps by good fortune alone that I have Mr. Gregory Jerabek represent me, but I assure you that legal matters are not to be left to chance. Furthermore, I assure you that he is the man for the job and that he is up to the task.
It would be truly a grand thing were each and every one able to seek legal representation from an individual that we trusted with our whole heart, an individual who we have known for our whole lives, an individual who we can truly call a friend.
Don’t face down an uncertain future and the dire consequences of legal turmoil alone. As it is not likely that you can call your best friend represent you at such a time, I invite you call on mine. Please do not hesitate to do so.

We hired Greg to file a bankruptcy petition for us a few months ago. Despite our circumstances, it was a positive experience. Greg was easy to talk to and he was willing to meet with us anytime to answer any of our questions. I would recommend anyone thinking about bankruptcy talk to Greg.
