I represent ONLY employers (management) in all aspects of employment and labor law, involving matters of discrimination, disabilities, worker's compensation, OSHA /safety, wage and hour law, hiring, discipline, firing, drug and alcohol policies, handbooks, family & medical leave, affirmative action, unions, workplace privacy, and many other aspects of work-related law.
I provide a strong defense when claims are made against my clients, but I also advise my clients to act proactively in an effort to reduce or eliminate adverse claims. Therefore, I work with clients in policy and handbook development, internal complaint investigation and resolution, staff training, and other approaches to minimize potential problem situations and provide clear, prompt responses should problems occur.
