David A. Bolles

I was completely satisfied with the help we received from David Bowles and would wholeheartedly recommend his law practice. It was my first time navigating the legal system, and David was informative and helpful at each step-sending me links to forms, explaining procedures, and responding quickly to ...all questions. The case wasn't complicated, but required an advocate with compassion and excellent communication skills. The defendant has PTSD with anxiety and depression, so my concern was that this process might exacerbate the illness. David was able to see the entire picture. He was always respectful, calm and direct in his communications with us. As a result of his advocacy, the court recognized the complex nature of the case. It was resolved fairly, and the defendant was treated with dignity and with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery. While I hope I never need to hire a criminal defense lawyer in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact David. He is a talented lawyer and a genuine, kind person.

David recently handled my case. He went above and beyond by taking a case outside of his area in a different county, and explaining how passionate he was on the topic of the case. He is always in touch and really keeps you involved in what’s going on with your case which is a huge relief when you are... stressed over it. David got jail time off of the table for me within the first 2 weeks of hiring him. We were then stuck pleading for expungement. At the 2nd status conference David received expungement for me and pushed the case back so I can finish school! I would recommend this attorney for anyone in need because I believe he is very talented at what he does and will confidently get you the best results possible.

After working with David Bolles twice, he has my highest regard. My first contact with David occurred after a 1:00 AM arrest for running a red light that I did not see in an abandoned mini-mall in Southern CA while traveling away from Madison. I was detained for a possible DUI, even though I had not...hing to drink all day. I was honest with the arresting officer concerning a certain prescription I was taking for anxiety that happened to be a controlled substance. I was arrested and spent the night in jail. After returning to Madison I was referred to David by a friend. David made a timely referral to an Attorney in CA. In working with this CA Attorney, he subsequently had the DA’s office drop the charge and rescind the arrest. I may be in jail at this time if it weren’t for the referral. David provided the referral without requesting a dime. David is one the good guys. My second contact with David occurred with a domestic issue (something David does not normally handle) concerning my taking (kidnapping) a dog for a friend who was her – the dog’s - rightful owner. David worked with local authorities to have the case dropped. David Bolles is an excellent Attorney who has his clients position as primary. He has a reasonable fee structure. Mr. Bolles represented me in a felony case and did a great job! I thought Mr. Bolles handled the case very professionally as well as being very personable. So I go to court the first time and he was going to get me timed served but we needed to make one more court date. On my next court date my ride ditched me. So I missed court. Normally you'd get a bench warrant but David got them to reschedule it for a month later. On my next court date my ride did t...he same thing and didn't show. I text him telling I was going to have to bus it. He said screw that and was going to call me a cab and pay for it out of his own pocket. Ten minutes later he called me saying I'm a free man. I didn't even have to show. He got my charges dropped and everything lowered to a simple ticket. I couldn't believe it. David isn't just good. David is a BEAST!
