David went above and beyond all expectations in my case. I was involved in an accident and was facing severe criminal problems. Throughout the years long process David worked tirelessly to line up experts in several areas when it looked like it was going to trial. He was able to line up blood, impair...ment, and other law experts on my behalf. Through his efforts the case was eventually dismissed, when the DA realized there was no chance, and I am finally able to move on with my life.

David recently handled my case. He went above and beyond by taking a case outside of his area in a different county, and explaining how passionate he was on the topic of the case. He is always in touch and really keeps you involved in what’s going on with your case which is a huge relief when you are... stressed over it. David got jail time off of the table for me within the first 2 weeks of hiring him. We were then stuck pleading for expungement. At the 2nd status conference David received expungement for me and pushed the case back so I can finish school! His fees were fair and appropriate, his billing was itemized clearly, and if anything he skewed his rates and time generously in my favor. I have worked with many professionals in many fields, you don't always leave the experience feeling like you got your moneys worth or that the expert/professional you hired was a worthwhile expense. Not the case here, this was money well spent. I could have handled the case myself pro hac vice but I would have done it without his depth of knowledge of the law, the procedure in the area, and, frankly, his talent in the courtroom.
