It was unfortunate the way we met but when I was going through the darkest time in my life that led me to do things uncharacteristic of myself I was extremely fortunate to have David by my side representing me. Putting aside the fact he is amazing at what he does as a lawyer, he is a good person with... a heart who actually cares about you. He answered my phone calls on weekends when other things beyond the case I hired him for arose, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. So to say he will go above and beyond for you is an understatement. I had a handful of charges brought against me and after a year of working with David and doing everything he advised me to do not necessarily to help the case but help myself as a person get through the trauma I had endured all my criminal charges were dropped and I was given a simple fine to pay. I had David for my case ... I was going to bring it to trial because I was not guilty but just started a new job and couldn’t afford to waste three days in court. The defendant has PTSD with anxiety and depression, so my concern was that this process might exacerbate the illness. David was able to see the entire picture. David recently handled my case. He went above and beyond by taking a case outside of his area in a different county, and explaining how passionate he was on the topic of the case. He is always in touch and really keeps you involved in what’s going on with your case which is a huge relief when you are... stressed over it. David got jail time off of the table for me within the first 2 weeks of hiring him. We were then stuck pleading for expungement. At the 2nd status conference David received expungement for me and pushed the case back so I can finish school!
