David A. Bolles

I was referred to Dave Bolles by a good friend. It was a great decision as he listened to all my concerns and addressed them as the case went through the process. Dave fought extremely hard to keep my future career/goals in sight. We were able to come to an agreement with the prosecutor on the best c...ourse of action that had my future interests in mind. I will continue to refer people to Dave and only have great things to say about his representation going forward.

David went above and beyond all expectations in my case. I was involved in an accident and was facing severe criminal problems. Throughout the years long process David worked tirelessly to line up experts in several areas when it looked like it was going to trial. He was able to line up blood, impair...ment, and other law experts on my behalf. Through his efforts the case was eventually dismissed, when the DA realized there was no chance, and I am finally able to move on with my life.

I had David for my case ... I was going to bring it to trial because I was not guilty but just started a new job and couldn’t afford to waste three days in court. So I decided to take a plea and David ended up talking to the DA on my behalf and getting it dropped day of.
