While I was living in Washington state, my ex-girlfriend was attempting to move my daughter from Wisconsin to Florida without telling me. Anne was able to get the court to keep them in WI until we could establish a new parenting plan, as I was in the process of moving back to WI at the time I found o...ut they were trying to move. My goal was to get 50% placement of my daughter once I moved back to WI, which Anne told me I had about "a 0-2% chance" of winning. Throughout our consultation, she was very forthright and honest about the potential implications of all options; including the expense it would take to fight this. Despite the slim odds, I knew I had to at least fight for my daughter, so I informed Anne that we wanted to pursue the 50% placement. In the end, I ended up preventing her mother from moving her to FL, and won 50% placement despite the odds.
