As a single mother with limited time to write reviews, I hope this speaks to how appreciative I am of Attorney Scipior's help. It took me some time to find the right representation, beginning with an extremely green associate, then trying veterans in the field who charged top dollar yet still made mi...stakes. Anne was consistently professional, approachable, and upfront as I navigated a custody battle initiated by my son's father soon after my son was born. She educated me in layman's terms on the family court system and thoughtfully listened to my concerns without simply telling me what I want to hear. While I was living in Washington state, my ex-girlfriend was attempting to move my daughter from Wisconsin to Florida without telling me. Anne was able to get the court to keep them in WI until we could establish a new parenting plan, as I was in the process of moving back to WI at the time I found o...ut they were trying to move. My goal was to get 50% placement of my daughter once I moved back to WI, which Anne told me I had about "a 0-2% chance" of winning. Throughout our consultation, she was very forthright and honest about the potential implications of all options; including the expense it would take to fight this. Despite the slim odds, I knew I had to at least fight for my daughter, so I informed Anne that we wanted to pursue the 50% placement. It took months of work, but we eventually established a solid case of why it would not be in my daughter's best interest to move to FL, and why it would be in her best interest for me to have her 50% of the time. In the end, I ended up preventing her mother from moving her to FL, and won 50% placement despite the odds. Throughout all of the phone calls, meetings, and hearings Anne was always very prepared and professional. I would highly recommend Anne, especially if you find yourself facing an uphill battle for custody/placement.

My divorce has been a very long and horrible ordeal! My wife acted like she would be reasonable at first, and then tried to take away my placement as well as religious rights with my daughter. Because of false testimony, the Green co. family court commissioner Timothy Burns ruled that I could not ev...en take my daughter to any church other than the one my wife preferred. The commissioner also made other unfair judgements based on false information and not the law. But I am very grateful for Anne Scipior's help throughout the ordeal! She helped me stand up for the right to take part in raising my daughter, in a very professional manner. I have a fair schedule and equal time with my daughter now, which would not have been the case without Anne's working to make things right. I can't put a price on that! Thank You so much!

Anne has been amazing and instrumental in my child custody case. I battled for over a year with another lawyer and it never went anywhere, we just went in circles.
