While I was living in Washington state, my ex-girlfriend was attempting to move my daughter from Wisconsin to Florida without telling me. Anne was able to get the court to keep them in WI until we could establish a new parenting plan, as I was in the process of moving back to WI at the time I found o...ut they were trying to move. My goal was to get 50% placement of my daughter once I moved back to WI, which Anne told me I had about "a 0-2% chance" of winning. Throughout our consultation, she was very forthright and honest about the potential implications of all options; including the expense it would take to fight this.
