I had the opportunity to call Ms. MacArthur when I was not being heard at the end of my rehabilitation resulting from a personal injury caused by a car. She was marvelous! Calmed my anxiety, took care of all things, and wrapped up my case in an expedited fashion. Med malpractice in Wisconsin is the hardest to win due to legislation. Which is completely unfair to patients, who have had a wrong diagnosis, and unnecessary surgery.
