Greencard

Attorney Lotfi filed for my change of status from F-1 visa to permanent resident. She guided me through the process and made sure every step was done efficiently. I obtained my green card in five months.

Pickpocketed in Paris

Ms. Lotfi offered super fast and very reassuring professional advice when a friend had his green card stolen in Paris en route to London. She is now at the top of my list of Madison-based immigration lawyers.

Naturalization re-application

Attorney Lotfi proved to be the perfect counsel for my very complicated naturalization case, which had been declined once. She is well-versed in the laws and policies that surround the path to naturalization; given her own personal experience, learning of which made me more comfortable in seeking her... advice. She was very thorough and direct, without billing for unnecessary time. During the first fifteen minute legal advice phone call, she gave me a brief overview of the law in my case and asked me to bring the right paperwork with me for my visit. Immigration lawyers tend to focus on all the negative possibilities of your case, in order to keep clients longer - but Attorney Lotfi had no such motive. She made me feel good about my decisions and promised to research further into the matter to cover all possible legal issues. I am very pleased with her efficient service

She is one of a kind!

Shabnam Lotfi is an outstanding attorney. She truly cares about her clients and she is extremely dedicated to her work. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of assistance in immigration cases. I am really thankful that I found her and she was always there for me.
