Where do I begin? When I first met Phil I was still in doubt that I would custody or visitation of my kids. My ex left WI with my kids and moved to Michigan. I never agreed for her to move. With the help of Phil and all the non responses from my ex and her lawyer I finally got somewhere. I can say af...ter 2 years of having no rights to my kids, due to my ex. I now have both my kids here in WI and I have primary custody! I have faith in Phil and will use him again when needed. Phil understood his fee's and not wanting to empty my pockets.
