Philip Zabkowicz Trampe

Left me in a mess after my divorce. Charged me over 10k and I’m still fighting my ex for contempt. I still owe Trampe 3.5k (after the 11k) and he put a lawsuit on me when I told him to get it from my ex husband who has now owed me 50k for two years. I was told that we would have no problem getting th...e money owed from my ex because we could just take him back to court for contempt and my ex would have to pay lawyer fees. I gave my ex my house (that was only in my my name), which he let go into foreclosure, my land and agreed for 50k which I have never seen. I have also never seen anything from Trampe since the divorce to help with this distress, other than another lawsuit added to my debt.

Promptly understood my case, circumstance, request, and most importantly understood the law to advocate for my family's best interest and well being. Respectfully worked well with court commissioner, representatives and from a position of strong knowledge and experience, reasonably negotiated with op...posing counsel. Promptly answered questions throughout the duration of the case. Acted with integrity. Courtrooms and preparations prior to/after hearings can be stressful and potentially intimidating. Phil was an incredible attorney! Kind and knowledgeable which is expected but he went above and beyond to make sure I knew the details of my case for the entire six weeks we were involved in negotiations with the other party.
