What impressed me from the first time we met and still holds true today is that Phil listened to me. He understood my concerns and knew how try prioritize my specific set of circumstances and led me down the path step by step. Going through a difficult process when children are involved is very stres...sful. However, Phil clearly explains the situation and lays out the options. He always seems to know what will happen before it happens and planned a strategy that protected my best interests. Furthermore, his calm demeanor during stressful moments is more comforting and reassuring than one can ever imagine. I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Phil for his service. I can honestly say that there’s absolutely nobody else that I would want by my side guiding me through what could easily be described as the most difficult days of my life. It has been over four years since my divorce, and there is no doubt that I was misrepresented. In a subsequent case, the judge suggested I look into malpractice. My ex listed substantial income from the sale of a business(one I worked at etc), under ASSETS on his financial disclosure. A competent at...torney would have challenged that and had the quarterly payments accurately placed under INCOME. This would have opened it up for alimony and child support. Not only did he not do this, attorney Trampe also did not inform me that I had a claim to half of that asset. I have been sick over this as it totaled at least half a million. Apparently giving up my career, taking care of my family and my children, and my ex running off with a mistress was not enough for Mr. Trample to adequately represent me and my children. I paid handsomely for an attorney to represent my interests, not the interest of my ex-husband. I am left with the conviction that I would have been better off with no representation at all. Going before a judge would have probably gotten me half of everything which is the way it should be after a long-term marriage with children, as well as commingling of all assets including inheritance. All I can say, is you better do it right the first time.

Attorney Phil Trampe is an excellent divorce attorney. He handled my case with professionalism and as efficiently as possible. He was sympathetic to my needs while keeping things on track. He would communicate & respond to emails even on the weekends. He was clear and to the point so we would g...et the best result possible.
