Great Lawyer highly suggested!!

I hired David for my divorce I own 4 companies. The divorce took 2 years to complete. David coached me all the way threw the long dragged out divorce. David has very good expertise and knowledge to follow threw all steps of a divorce. I would highly recommend David. for anyone going threw a divorce!!... Thanks David

Fantastic Representation

Let me start off by saying that David Karp and the entire staff at Karp and Iancu, S.C. are caring, smart, and they are an effective legal team. I cannot say enough good things about the representation they provided me during my divorce, which lasted over a year. If you are like me, you have prob...ably just been served with divorce papers. Lots of things are probably swirling through your mind. Things like, “Should I get an attorney or should I represent myself?” After I picked up the divorce papers from my wife’s attorney, I started to feel overwhelmed. With so much at stake, like child custody and financial considerations, I knew that representing myself would not be in my best interest. I interviewed several attorneys, and in the end, I chose the law firm of Karp and Iancu. From that very first interview, I knew they were the right fit for me. Let’s face it, divorce is not cheap. At first, I wanted to try to do most of the negotiating with my wife to save on attorney fees. Dave Karp honored that request and he was there in case I needed him. My wife and her attorney proved to be very difficult in getting anything done. When my attempts to negotiate directly with my wife went nowhere, Dave stepped in and worked his magic. Dave Karp is one of the hardest working attorneys I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. It was the little things, like how he responded within hours to my emails, even on nights and weekends. That level of service was unexpected, but very reassuring. In my career, I’ve know plenty of attorneys, Dave is one of the best. Dave made sure that he told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. That’s important, with the stress associated with divorce, you need someone to keep you on the right path. Many of us assume we know how the family court legal process works, but in many cases, we are wrong and Dave and his team are there to help guide us through. Everyone at Karp and Iancu worked hard towards providing me with the best service possible, including partner Dave Iancu and Dave’s legal assistant Krissy Oleson. I’m sure that many behind the scenes worked equally as hard. Dave and his team have something that many people are missing, that being a sense of honor. There are no winners in divorce, but there are goals each party wants to achieve. I know that in the end, I managed to get nearly 95% of what I wanted in my settlement agreement, especially regarding child placement and financial matters. That would not have happened had I not hired Dave Karp. His knowledge, skill, work ethic, and his overall caring nature is what made the outcome of my case possible. In the end, the decision is yours, but from personal experience, I highly recommend Dave Karp and the law firm of Karp and Iancu.

David B. Karp - outstanding Family Law Attorney

It is always difficult when you are an attorney, and need to hire another attorney to represent you - especially when it is a very private matter, like divorce. When you have to share your personal life with another attorney, sometimes a colleague, it can be emotional. I needed a divorce attorney... and I knew Attorney David Karp was one of the best in the Milwaukee area, so, I retained him. He treated me with respect and compassion, while making sure my best interests were considered. He was direct, honest, and understood the emotion of the matter. I could not have had better representation.

Divorce

I cannot say enough positive things about Attorney Karp. My divorce was messy and complicated, however, David protected my and my children's interests throughout the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and often suggested creative solutions to challenging problems. Durin...g one of the most stressful times in my life, David maintained a calm and steady control over the situation. He is a man of great integrity and his years of experience and expertise in family law are unmatched by any other attorney that I have met. One of the reasons that I chose David for my divorce attorney is because of the many positive reviews online and the volunteering work that he does in the legal community. He definitely earned all those 5 star reviews! While David is juggling many cases at one time, he makes you feel as if you are his only client with his attention to detail and prompt responses to questions. I am so grateful to Attorney Karp for representing me and helping me to make the best of a bad situation.

Professional, Caring and Dedicated

I never expected to use the services of a divorce attorney. I was unfortunately thrown into that position; I am so thankful it was Attorney David Karp I chose to represent me. I interviewed multiple attorneys and chose Attorney Karp because he was straight forward, patient, honest and extremely kn...owledgeable. Attorney Karp took the time to get to know me and my case. He was an amazing advocate for me and my son. I didn't feel like just another file on his desk. He responded to my emails/phone calls in the same day when I needed to speak to him. His attention to my case allowed me to concentrate on what was important to me, my son. Attorney Karp and his assistant Vicki made me feel safe in a time when my world was crumbling around me. I was never in the dark on what was going on in my case. He worked tirelessly on my case and was always on top of what ever was thrown his way.
