Divorce

I cannot say enough positive things about Attorney Karp. My divorce was messy and complicated, however, David protected my and my children's interests throughout the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and often suggested creative solutions to challenging problems. Durin...g one of the most stressful times in my life, David maintained a calm and steady control over the situation. He is a man of great integrity and his years of experience and expertise in family law are unmatched by any other attorney that I have met. One of the reasons that I chose David for my divorce attorney is because of the many positive reviews online and the volunteering work that he does in the legal community. He definitely earned all those 5 star reviews! While David is juggling many cases at one time, he makes you feel as if you are his only client with his attention to detail and prompt responses to questions. I am so grateful to Attorney Karp for representing me and helping me to make the best of a bad situation.

Privileged to be represented by Attorney David Karp

After speaking to many attorneys who said I didn't have a case, Attorney David Karp not only took the time to look over my case, but sat down with my family and I to explain what he could do for us. He was very thorough in his explanation, and used personal experiences to describe the legal process ...of a placement/custody case. He made the analogy that family court is a roller coaster, and boy was he spot on. We battled through a very unprofessional and abrasive Guardian ad Litem who seemingly from the start did not like me. We battled through an opposing attorney who would continuously attack my character through hearsay and speculation. We battled through a judge who thought family court was below him. Through all of this Attorney Karp maintained a high level of professionalism displaying a true example of integrity and character. At the end of the day, through Attorney Karp's tenacity and tireless work, I have a great placement schedule with my son. I could not have done it without him, and I am very grateful for his services including his wonderful staff! Anyone would be fortunate to be represented by Attorney David Karp.
