A True Blessing...

Chris Hueneke supercedes ALL factors one would seek in an attorney, and I am ever so grateful that I found him, and that he warmly agreed to accept my case. Due to the extreme negligence endured from a previous attorney who started my father's probate case, Chris was assuredly handed an atypical, ...intricate situation. He not only had to amend multiple, crucial errors that were initially made, but also had to ensure that the case continued to flow in a timely manner. Prior to finding Attorney Chris, there were days I would just cry, feeling stuck and not sure how to proceed appropriately with the mess that had already been created by a claimed professional (previous laywer). However, after working with Chris directly, its no wonder this man won Super Lawyer multiple years in a row for his outstanding work. From my initial visit, to the closing of the estate, Chris went above and beyond to kindly and thoroughly list and explain EVERY STEP, and even the ones subsequent to the present. His communication is amazing, he is a true pleasure to work with, and his navigation through this case was beautifully done. My personal situation required an intelligent individual, who was particularly knowledgeable on all avenues of estate law. Needless to say, Chris fit the bill and highly exceeded any expectations held. Not once was I left with unanswered questions, and I always felt 100% trust with Chris because I knew he sincerely cared...period. I very much admire him, as his qualities and actions deserve respect and praise. He is a true master at his craft! Attorney Chris Hueneke has been a tremendous honor to work with, and God's blessing for me all around. I do not feel this review is enough, to truly resonate my genuine appreciation for him. He has an exceptional personality and attributes, and his character, values and behavior make him a unique and rare find. I just cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me, and I would undoubtedly recommend this man 100 times over! THANK YOU SO MUCH, ATTORNEY CHRIS!

Excellent lawyer, but hire your own real estate agent for probate cases.

Me and my siblings hired Chris for a Probate case after our parents passed. I have a minor complaint that I felt rushed. He hired a real estate agent to sell the house, which seemed to be a good friend of his. That is ok, but I did not feel like the real estate agent was on our side, which reflected ...badly on Chris. That situation could have been avoided if we got our own real estate agent, but we put full trust into Chris. I gave Chris 5 stars because his patience was extraordinary. I know we tested his patience and I commend him for hanging in there for us. At times I felt like he went above and beyond for us.He was very professional, very organized, and very personable. He answered all our questions quickly and was always readily available. I would definitely recommend him.
