Lori's service was excellent and on point. At first I was kind of leary when she sent a text and said she would talk to me the day before I went to court. It kinda had me uncomfortable and uncertain. Once we spoke the day before my first court date, she gave me a bit of certainty. We then began comm...unicating via text and email, any phones call still remained the day before court. Which turned out to work out perfectly, she responded effectively and efficiently via text and email. She answered any questions or concerns I had promptly. She does her job well and she's straight and to the point, just how I like. I'm very grateful I was recommended to her. She had my case dismissed and me on my way.
