Anthony Cotton is by far the best defense lawyer I have ever seen in action. I hired him for my OWI case and he went above and beyond for me throughout my case that went to trial. I met with him and discussed all case details with him. He explained what he could do for my defense and was very informa...tive regarding what he was going to do to represent me. He investigated every aspect of information that he received given from me and the police report's. He studied this information looking at what happened and applied his knowledge of the law where he found errors in the reports and looked and found many errors that were made by others in there report's of what happened. He is highly intelligent and you can see that he is working for you really hard because he doesn't miss anything. If it's there he is going to find it following through with reporting it. He really takes his time and pride in his work, he is the type of person that double checks his work for accuracy and double checks the work of others reporting in the case. He expects there work to be correct lf he finds it to be sloppy or incorrect he informs the court and follows through that it be noted and proceeds with taking action on it. He is respected and very well liked by the employees in the court system. His personality is charismatic and people are drawn to him. I also must speak for his demeanor very calm even when others are provoking him, he can really stay calm and professional in front of others trying to use bouistric antics to provoke a response he is not ever shaken. Every step of the way I was informed and told what's next and what's expected of me. His respect and ability to keep a non threatening intense questions and answers with wittness is remarkable he has a way of wording his question's that he shows respect and gets a better result for it. He always informed me by mail and phone of any changes I never was surprised of any changes. He was always on time and totally prepared for court. He always talked with me before entering each time we went. There were many challenging scenarios to my case and Anthony tackled them all to the very end. My case went to trial and he instructed me on how trial works. How they expect me to answer questions. He watches closely and would interject if he thinks his client is confused to the question which he showed he always had his mind on me and my case. I felt comfortable and really just protected by having the privilege to have him sitting next to me on my side during my court appearances and at my trial. I remember being nervous and distracted one day, and he calmly said I need you to stop what you are doing and listen to me right now it's what I'm saying right now that is what you need to focus on. I knew I had a moment of nerves and was being ADD at that time but it was how nice he snapped me out of it that mattered to me. He has class to his actions and thinks before he talks. Even at the very end of my case he never faltered, he never gave up. I gaurentee any other person would not have kept on doing for me as he did. Even when it was done it wasn't done for him he kept helping me as if I was the most important person in the world and he made me feel like that because I would have to have been blind to not see that he really did care about what happened to me and my well being. I will forever remember and be grateful that he was my lawyer nobody else as a Lawyer with how busy they are would have done what he all did for me. He went far and above the call of duty that he did for me he just did it and I will never forget the character of this man. My teenage son was arrested along with a couple of friends for the possession of small amounts of controlled substances. He was lucky enough to get into a deferred prosecution program, the completion of which would have resulted in his charges being dismissed. He got himself kicked out of the program... 2/3 of the way through. Prosecution was going to proceed. A potential felony conviction would have been catastrophic for him due to his immigration status, and devastating for our entire family of five. He would have had no place to go in a country that is now alien to him. We hired Tony to represent my son. He worked out a deal with the prosecutor to give my son a 3rd chance. The requirements were more rigorous than those of the original program, but they were perfectly fair. My son successfully completed them this time, and the charges were officially dismissed. He devised a solution, struck a deal with the prosecutor in no time, introduced us to the people my son had to work with. He was always available to us during the 6-month process, even at the craziest hour of the day, and provided us with reassurance and a peace of mind during the most difficult times of our lives. Where should I start, I was being charged with (3rd) OWI, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of THC, and Refusal to take test for intoxication. I had so many thoughts going through my head, that I was screwed, I was always worried about the outcome of how this would effect me for the rest of my ...life. It was hard times at that point. He would even encourage you to hire a private detective to get all details of what happened that night and get witness statements. The outcome of my case was something I thought would never happen. At the motion hearing, Tony fought for me and was defending me in every accusation which leaded to a dismissal of my case. The officer stated he stopped my vehicle because I was leaving the apartment complex that he was responding to a domestic disturbance. The officer reacted on a hunch, without having any reasonable suspicion to stop my vehicle which is also a unlawful stop. After that was presented Tony fought for me and was able to dismiss all charges. Till this day I still communicate with Tony and he will always be my friend and lawyer. The only encouragement that I could offer you is if you are in a serious bind or don't know where to turn, Anthony will be there for you, he is a fighter, and will back you 100% of the way. I have no regrets!

My husband and I retained Tony when my husbands Ex Wife filed child abuse charges against him. It was a very hard time for us and I called Tony in hysterics early in the morning.
