Highly Recommended

I hired Aileen back in 2014 to defend my son. Aileen came to our home personally and answered all of our questions and gave us all our legal options long before mentioning her fees. She successfully fought for the minimum sentence. When she was not available by phone and emails, she would return call...s in a timely manner. Aileen would check in to see how we were, even when it wasn't case related. Unlike most attorneys, she was there for my family on a professional and personal level. I couldn't have asked for better person to represent my son.

Look else where please!

We paid this attorney to do nothing . She is only a plea attorney and cares only about collecting her payment and going on to the next unsuspecting victim. She will leave you high and dry. Please look else where and save yourself a heartache.

Best Lawyer.

Ms Aileen was a great help to my family. My boyfriend had several charges in Kenosha. Ms. Aileen met us in the office and then met with my boyfriend in the jail. She explained the process to us and told us what to expect. My boyfriend went to trial before Judge Schroeder and thanks to Ms. Aileen,... he was found not guilty of all the charges. Dependable, hard-working and informative

Attorney Aileen Henry is excellent to work with. She offers insight that other attorneys in her field don't and makes you feel comfortable when you speak with her. I would refer her to anyone looking for an immigration or criminal defense attorney in southeastern Wisconsin.

Would not recommend

I assume the other reviews were not using Aileen as a public defender. She was assigned to my case and even 4 mo after, I still had NO contact with her, at all. I reached out to Aileen on several occasions seeking any information I could get regarding the status of my case, she did not return calls, ...she did not respond in any type of fashion. She obviously just did not care, AT ALL. Its only an assumption, but I'm pretty sure if I were paying this woman cash instead of her being hired by the state she would at least pretend she cared about the situation I was in. Very disappointing, to say the least.
