I am very grateful that you took on my case and helped me through the difficulties of the case of understanding everything that was going on and breaking everything down for me in English terms and not the attorney language (lol). You were very helpful, patient and very understanding of the situation of the case. If any family members or friends ever need a great attorney I will be referring them to you. You're very down to earth, easy to talk to and you are very understanding and patient. You have always gotten back to me on the case in a timely manner no matter how long you had to stay at the office or on your time off. I truly appreciate all of your help, patience. John was with me every step of the way on my case and brought a very personal touch to how he handled it. Right from the start, he was very responsive with any questions that I had. John is very good with technology which is a huge help also for being able to work together and meet deadlines and submit documents. John never gave up even when my case took many months to resolve. John always had a plan, even when obstacles came our way during our case which led to a positive resolution in the case. I never thought legal counsel could be this good!
This was the first time I worked with a lawyer and I must say that John was outstanding. He listened to me, informed me of my rights, worked with me every step of the way to defend myself, was extremely conscientious with billing time to my case, offered a reasonable rate, was very efficient, and helped me get a great settlement package.
