I am just a working class guy that has a CDL and with my his discription I can not have a OWI on my recorded or else I would be le...t go from my job in a heartbeat. I know paying for a attorney is a lot of money but I always believed it you get what you pay for and I will guarantee Dennis is going to be worth every single nickel you spend. I was cited for my first OUI in October of 2014 I did my research on some attorneys in Wisconsin and I will tell you one thing when I met with Dennis at his office I knew I had the right man for the job. Dennis and his team worked very hard on my case tring to get it settled with out the OUI conviction on my recorded but the other attorney would not settle because they felt they had a strong case against me. So here we are more then a year after I was pulled over for OUI it is now December 2015 my court date in Brown County Court. As we started the day out Dennis did a outstanding job at selecting a jury that would give us the best opportunity. When the time came for the opening statements it was like a switch was turned on in Dennis,he commanded that court room and had everyone's attention. Dennis did his research on everything and every witness that was brought up to the stand. Dennis was just a absolute bull dog in court by the time everything was done in my opinion he sent the prosecuting attorney back to high school ( cause he got schooled big time). The most powerful thing that happened in the court room was Dennis's closing statement he put it in words that everyone on the jury could relate to in there own personal life's. I was found to be not guilty on all three counts I was facing. Every out come is going to be different because there are no guarantees and Dennis will tell you that before you hire him but I will tell you one thing Dennis will give you your best chance to beat your citation so stop looking and talk to Dennis you will not be disappointed.

After searching for an attorney and making numerous phone calls to different lawyers to represent my case for 1st time DUI, I came across Dennis. I had been stopped for failure to yield, resulting in being pulled over and arrested on suspicion of OWI. After receiving my results of BAC of .196, there ...was no doubt I needed the best. My job was dependent on reputation as well as driving privileges. We talked with Dennis and immediately he had a plan for what was next and what he could do to help. We received the police officer's dashboard camera and began fighting our case that there was no traffic violation committed. We felt we had a legitimate chance of getting the case dropped based upon the evidence. We thought the process could take years if it were to be turned over in my favor. I received an email approximately 9 months after the case began that ALL charges were dismissed. It was as if the day had never happened. Dennis was easy to work with, informative, and assured me he had everything under control. I felt "stress-free" with him in control of my case and was able to look forward to his updates knowing he was getting closer to my desired results. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the best outcome! Although I never got to meet him face to face, I would love to shake his hand and thank him for representing me when I thought I was at my worst. Wouldn't go with anyone else!

It came down to Dennis and another well-regarded DUI attorney to fight my case and save my job. I was on the fence and contacts my wife's brother-in-law who is a lawyer at a big firm for his advice. Although the court process was very slow, I never lost faith because I knew I had Dennis in my corner. After months of legal challenges and plea bargaining, dennis got me a fantastic deal. In my case, it was going to come down to a jury trial. I met with Dennis two weeks before the scheduled trial and he went over the research he had gathered for the case. He also told me that the DA may budge before the trial, and that he would settle for nothing other than a non-alcohol related offense. If there was no settlement, we were to meet again a couple days before the trial. I left his office with such confidence in him, that I never bothered to ask for a day off of work! And rightfully so - I soon got a phone call from him stating that we had gotten the non-alcohol related charges that he had sought! Thank you Dennis, with all my heart and soul. One July evening my life changed? I was pulled over due to a headli...ght being burned out and arrested for a DUI. I know many of you will not understand my next statement: This DUI experience was worse than being told I was probably not going to make it through surgery. You may ask why? Please let me explain. My defense involved the special circumstances of my physical and medical conditions. Dennis had to do a lot of research to connect these issues, and find the technical expert to help in my defense. The criminal justice is supposed to treat you as innocent until proven guilty. But, today it seems like the opposite-you are guilty, and must prove your innocence. This letter comes with the highest recommendation I could offer to any human being in my life-Attorney Dennis Melowski. It’s difficult to describe how horrific this process has been over the two years it took to get to trial. Why did this case take so long? In my opinion, because of the arrogance, unpreparedness, and incompetence of the DA’s office and the judge involved. The presiding judge denied every reasonable request, or objection, that Dennis made. We didn't stand a chance. It seemed hopeless from the beginning. What made the 2-year process bearable were my attorney Dennis Melowski and his colleague Attorney Sarvan Singh, Jr. They believed in me, and fought hard with integrity at every step of this criminal process. It’s taken me nearly 1 1/2 years to write this letter because I could not bear the emotional scars or having to relive this nightmare. After two years of delay after delay, we finally got the jury trial we deserved. What I lived through in my jury trial process was something I have only seen in the movies. Never in my life did I ever believe for a moment I would be in the midst of this hell. My morals, values, core beliefs, integrity, were all in question. Everything I ever believed in was in question. I am a Christian, and I have never questioned God’s will, but this was a time in my life I did! I prayed throughout the entire two years of this legal battle and never, ever, for a moment did Dennis give up on me. Dennis, thank you for giving me my hope and belief back in humanity. As I reflect back on the last day of our jury trial, tears are flowing from my eyes at this moment. I will never forget you Dennis, and I will never forget your passion as you looked in the eyes of that jury and looked at me. You believed in me and forever I will respect you for that belief and passion. My jury trial lasted for five long days. The jury was in deliberations for nearly fours hours-the longest four hours of my life. I imagine after all this you want to know what the verdict was. I was found not guilty!
