I met with Atty. Majerus this morning and a resolution to my problem was immediate and the issue that I presented came to a swift and fair conclusion. I was charged with 1st offense OWI. Did not feel the office had a valid reason to pull me over. She recognized that I was a professional ...with a large lapse in time (12 yrs.) between my 2nd OWI conviction and my most recent one and she used that very effectively in my defense. While in court she also was sure to point out a glaring inaccuracy ( a misreading of the police report) during a statement by the prosecution (Atty Majerus' attention to detail allowed the judge to be presented the facts very clearly and no doubt helped to effect his decision).
