Diversion Agreement
Amy was able to meet with the DA and quickly resolved my case. We entered into an agreement to stay out of trouble for 6 months and in return the DA would cease from pursuing charges (Yes, I was never even charged). terrible experience
Amy did not look through or care about the details of the case. She is an attorney that only wants to do quick and easy pleas. I had to request the tapes and exhibits myself to do the research. Extremely Poor
Was rude was unfamiliar with my case and mixed up mine with someone else. Told me to try and take a plea agreement that would of got me 6 months in jail because I had no chance of winning.
