Excellent Attorney and Excellent Results!

Very expensive, unorganized
Uncontested divorce and one court appearance in eight months resulted in more than $25,000 in attorney and other fees. Replied last November 04, 2016This review is untruthful. It is very difficult to respond to an anonymous review, but I have an inkling who would write this unfair comment. First of all, I did not charge even a small percentage of this alleged amount. This untruthful person added up the fees of all attorneys, all experts, all costs, all appraisals, etc., and only in that circumstance did the cost even come close to the suggested amount. A financial expert was retained to handle the QDRO before I was even retained on this divorce. I worked very hard for this client and was never paid in full for services rendered. The allegations relative to my staff are a lie. The people that work with me are valued and have worked with me for many, many years. Relative to the final invoice, this invoice was sent at client's request after I had already (at that time) written off the fees. Assuming I am correct in my analysis of this "anonymous" sender's comments, there is little likelihood that this person would be satisfied under any circumstances and under any conditions.

Linda got a lot of the facts of my case incorrect during my hearing, was completely unresponsive when I reached out through email and text, and filed all of the motions weeks late. Replied last January 11, 2023This is a very difficult review for me to accept because I put my heart and soul into this case and was 100% successful. The problem lies with the fact that there was a reconciliation as stated in the above review, and after that I wasn't needed anymore and client did not want to pay attorney's fees due. If you could hear the facts of this case, you would roll over in your grave relative to this unfair review.
