Scott E. Schroeder

I consulted with Scott Shroeder in the past with a child custody in 2008 and he did an excellent job with representing me. Infact i was awarded physcal custody of my first son thanks to his expertise and dedication to my case. Eight years later i found my self in distress with a similar case a bit mo...re difficult than the first one. No matter what the case is this man is like a lion fierce and competitive. On January Friday the 13th he represents me once agin and hit another home run. I am lucky to say that i have full sole custody of my baby girl Isabel. Scott Shroeders expertise and his years of professional skill won this case for the second time in my life and no doubt if i have to use him agin i will. It's been 9 years since my case was finalized. Today I am talking my last law school final exam and I just filed my Bar Exam Application. I now live in Washington, DC and I work for one of the top federal agencies with some of the most powerful prosecutors in the country. I won my first divorce case last year while practicing as a student attorney within a clinic at my law school. My client was also a victim of domestic violence and homeless, just like me years ago. Seeing the smile on her face when the court ruled in her favor was the greatest satisfaction I've ever had. It brought back memories. Memories of the amazing lawyer from Burlington, Iowa who inspired me in such an unintended way. I have lost contact with Mr. Schroeder, but he has absolutely inspired me to become the person that I am today. It just happened that I needed some certified records of my case in which he represented me and I came across this website. I must write this review because people like Mr. Schroeder should be praised and recognized for their kindness and, most importantly, for the wealth of knowledge and dedication to the honorable profession of a lawyer. I retained Mr. Schroeder for my child custody battle. Legal representation was strained. Deadlines were not communicated effectively. I wasn't kept up to date. Emails from myself, and the opposing side would go unanswered for days. I spend good money on Mr. Schroeder, found another attorney that... did the same work he did for a fraction of the cost, and in a fraction of the time, and we resolved the case a lot sooner than Mr. Schroeder had projected, and with better outcomes that he told me to settle for. Mr. Schroeder was difficult at times to get a hold of via phone or email.
