Through the whole process of my case I felt Scott was the only person who was there to help me. He was incredibly helpful with communication regarding updates or further instruction for me, along with being so patient as this was something I’ve never had to go through before. He explained everything ...I had questions on and did a terrific job with both my case and helping me navigate the information I was given.

I hired Scott to represent me in my case with CPS and a false positive drug screen on my newborn baby caused by medication prescribed to me. This accusation nearly destroyed me and Scott immediately made me feel confident in my case, advised me on what I needed to do, and did everything he said he ...was going to do immediately. He’s very knowledgeable and knows the right questions to ask and the right way to ask them. He fought my case for almost 1.5 years until they finally admitted it was a false positive with all the evidence I was able to find to support my case. I even asked immediately for the hospital and/or CPS to drug test me the day I was told of the results and take my hair sample, even with everything coming back completely negative for everything, that still wasn’t enough. You need someone like Scott who believes in you and fights for you like a bulldog. I’ll forever be so grateful to him. Btw, I was referred to Scott through a family friend who is very high up in the family social services area. This family friend said they hate seeing Scott as the opposing lawyer in court bc they know he will most likely win. Thank you Scott!

I retained Mr. Schroeder for my child custody battle. Legal representation was strained. Deadlines were not communicated effectively. I wasn't kept up to date. Emails from myself, and the opposing side would go unanswered for days. I spend good money on Mr. Schroeder, found another attorney that... did the same work he did for a fraction of the cost, and in a fraction of the time, and we resolved the case a lot sooner than Mr. Schroeder had projected, and with better outcomes that he told me to settle for.
