I hired Scott Schroeder to represent me on a school bus violation. Mr. Schroeder was extremely knowledgeable on this subject. He helped to ease my mind and helped to build a great case for me. I did not end up with the heavy burden of this ticket on my record. Mr. Schroeder was able to supply enough... evidence, along with my case proving in good enough standing already, that I was able to go to driving school and as long as I did not get another driving offense I would be free from the charge. I consulted with Scott Shroeder in the past with a child custody in 2008 and he did an excellent job with representing me. I retained Mr. Schroeder for my child custody battle. Legal representation was strained. Deadlines were not communicated effectively. I wasn't kept up to date. Emails from myself, and the opposing side would go unanswered for days. I spend good money on Mr. Schroeder, found another attorney that... did the same work he did for a fraction of the cost, and in a fraction of the time, and we resolved the case a lot sooner than Mr. Schroeder had projected, and with better outcomes that he told me to settle for. Mr. Schroeder was difficult at times to get a hold of via phone or email.
