Estate Planning

It was great working with Hope. She is patient, knowledgeable and very informative. I had a will, trust, and power of attorneys established in one meeting. Her process is very effective by gathering information prior to the meeting. It was the best experience I have had with a lawyers.

Estate Plan with Documents in 4 Hours

Now retired, we have various significant assets, and needed a complete estate plan for transferring them to our children and grandchildren. Hope guided us through a very thorough process, and completed all of the legal documents (revocable trust, revised wills, power of attorney, living wills and ...medical power of attorney for each of us) in one 4-hour session, even working right through lunch. Very engaged, friendly, personable and professional, and very reasonable fee.

Excellent communicator!

I was THRILLED to see how this attorney provided me with clarity about my legal issue (and its pricing). It is so refreshing to see transparency in pricing, services provided and outcomes available. I highly recommend her services!

Will in a Day

My husband and I went to Hope to get wills. She was personable, professional, and efficient. We left her office with all our questions answered, a list of personal tasks to follow up with, and most importantly, both our wills completed and a testamentary trust set up for our daughter. I appreciate...d the costs clearly being stated on her website and a preparatory questionnaire being sent to us prior to our meeting.

Excellent Experience

My wife and I did Hope's "Will in a Day" package, and we were very pleased with the result. Booking the appointment and our initial inquiry were very easy, and Hope's website is very thorough. Meeting Hope in person for the drafting and signing of the will was a real pleasure as well. Hope was very t...horough and made sure that the documents reflected our wishes accurately, and has a very kind and patient manner, ensuring that all of our questions were answered completely. I would use Hope again in a heartbeat for any other document drafting, family law, or general practice needs for our family!
