Yangyidi Ye is a founding member, managing partner, and lead counsel of Causey & Ye Law, P.L.L.C. She is experienced in working with international communities, start-up enterprises as well as established companies. She specializes in immigration, international corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, private equity, and venture capital. She helps her clients communicate with and abide by the regulations of federal, state, and local governments. She further assists her clients with corporate structure, governance, employment matters, and commercial contracting. She works with clients from various industries, including, but not limited to, hotel and hospitality, retail, manufacturing, IT, and commercial real estate. Yangyidi has participated in transactions valued at over 20 million dollars.
Additionally, Yangyidi is an expert in student misconduct related to school appeals and visa reinstatement. She also specializes in criminal defense, such as state and federal felony cases.

Yangyidi represented Chinese buyers for an $18 million Hotel acquisition in downtown Des Moines, IA;
Yangyidi represented Chinese investors for a $3 million stock acquisition.
Yangyidi represents various minority-owned businesses, including, but not limited to, automobile dealerships, hotel, medical software companies;
Yangyidi was co-counsel with her partner in a civil case in Johnson County involving EB5 immigrant investment visas, fraudulent misrepresentation, conspiracy, and aiding and abetting. The jury awarded Yangyidi’s client $140, in compensatory damages and $400, in punitive damages;
Yangyidi was co-counsel and won summary judgment of $460, against an Iowa steel company in favor of a company client from China;
Yangyidi was co-counsel with her partner in a civil case in Polk County involving fraudulent misrepresentation, contract disputes. She achieved a settlement of $180,000.
Yangydidi was co-counsel with her partner in a federal felony case for credit card frauds;
Yangyidi was con-counsel with her partner in several human trafficking cases;
