The bankruptcy process is very intimidating to go at alone. I knew that was something that I didn't want to do. So I contacted Nancy. Her assistant Melissa was very helpful. I had about an hour conversation with her and asked all of the questions that I had at the time. And she answered every one of ...them. I decided thank bankruptcy was something that I NEEDED to do for my future. So I retained Nancy and started the process. Melissa was very helpful on letting me know all the documents that I needed. I filled out the packet. And got it sent back in. Once all the paperwork was received I had a telephone meeting with Nancy and we went over everything line by line. Lasted over an hour, and all my questions were answered. We decided to wait a month or so to file as that’s what was best for my case. During that time me and my wife finally decided that it was time to separate. So not only did I have the stress of a new born. And bankruptcy. I was also dealing with a separation. Needless to say the stress was maxed out. Any question that I had I contacted Nancy and she emailed me back in a fast manner. Once we finally got it filled i felt such a relief and burden has been lifted. Now it is just a waiting game until discharge. Which I would say is the hardest part of the process. Nancy has been great. She makes a very very stressful time in your life seem like a non issue. I would recommend if you are considering bankruptcy, to give her a call and go over your options. She is very caring and understanding. Could not recommend more.

Nancy and her assistant did an amazing Job. I feel like we had a lot of questions and she or her assistant made sure to answer them. They made sure to call or zoom to explain the process and each step of the bankruptcy. Another reason why we hired Nancy was we could tell she was a good Christian ...women by her web page. We were not sure if this was a good Christian thing to do but after reading a scripture on debt we found out its ok to file bankruptcy. No one is perfect and God forgives.

Nancy & her assistant, Melissa, were great. They responded to my emails very quickly, even on the weekends. Never having filed before, I had no clue about how the whole process works, but they guided me every step of the way. When my meeting of the creditors had to be rescheduled because of a confli...ct with the trustee, Nancy made a point to call me, before I got the notice in the mail, to explain why it had to be rescheduled & that there was no reason for concern. I really appreciate their integrity, knowledge & professionalism.
