Biography
My practice involves representing consumers, farmers and businesses in Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy. I also represent consumers and farmers in mortgage foreclosure, debt collection defense and fair credit reporting, including debtors with student loans. I have over 33 years of experience working with consumers and farmers burdened with debt. Our goal is to help eliminate or manage that debt for people so that they can focus on the more important aspects of their life.
On a personal note, I am a native Iowan and the single mother of a teenage son.

Bankruptcy
Nancy answered our questions in a promp courteous manner, all fees were explained upfront. I would recommend her, she is very thorough. I felt that we were better prepared for our meeting of the creditors compared to other people that had different attorneys.
