Chapter 13 conversion to Chapter 11

I will try and be brief…Yes, Yes and twice on Sunday’s I would recommend Nancy and the Thompson Law Office. Facing a foreclosure, Sheriff Sale and the thought of filing bankruptcy is humiliating, intimidating and down right scary. During the first 5 minutes of my initial meeting with Nancy I knew I... was in good hands and came to the right place. Thoughtful and non-judgemental. Nancy and Melissa make you feel like you are their only client. Nancy is prompt and patient with any and all questions. When going to court or meeting with the trustee’s, she told me exactly what to expect. My case required converting Chapter 13 to Chapter 11. After talking with several Chapter 11 attorney’s and discussing my options with Nancy….Nancy does not “do” Chapter 11….I chose her to handle my case. Looking back, my only regret is I did not seek legal advice soon enough.
