Andrew Larry Hope

Very happy with the outcome from my car accident case. Very near tragic accident, no fault of my own. Andrew and his team pretty much destroyed the insurance company of the girl who hit me. They had it coming, after trying to low ball me. I did over two years of physical therapy and chiropractor ...visits, had stitches, broken collarbone… and they ridiculed me like it was my fault? The insured client was drunk and hit me! I got well into six figures, thanks to Andrew: he is also very very nice and takes the time to listen, always text or called me back. They know what the are doing. I was referred to them bc my coworker used them for her husbanded motorcycle accident. Unfortunately, he passed away, but if it were not for Andrew and these guys, my friend would be struggling to make ends meet while also mourning a huge loss. He got policy limits (I think is what she called it, where max amt) for wrongful death. Horrible situation. It would have been more life shattering without Andrew + team, she said.

My husband and I were injured by a careless teenage girl driving while on her cell phone. Months of pain and rehab, totaled car, lost wages and medical bills had piled up. Enter Andrew and Travis. Andrew and Travis fought hard for us and got policy limits from the girl's insurance Company and also po...licy limits from my Underinsured policy. Thank you guys, best call ever made.

Called the Hope Law Firm due to a child custody case and was referred to Andrew Hope. At the initial interview Andrew was in and out of the room several times asking questions of someone either in the office or on the phone. He said he would take the case and would be working side by side with Pam, w...ho had more experience with child custody than he did. It sounded like a good deal, and I paid the retainer. That was the last time I saw Andrew. When Pam wasn't returning my calls and had botched a court appearance I called Andrew, but he never returned my call. After a week or so I called him again. I was put on hold, and the receptionist came back to tell me that I needed to discuss this with Pam. That was pretty difficult to do since she didn't return calls. I called a few days later and was finally allowed to talk to Andrew. He told me that Pam was my attorney, and I would need to keep trying to contact her.

Emailed the 24 hour hotline for help with a divorce. I was given to Danni Harris who had only been with the firm one week. She was excited and told me all the things she could do for me. I learned she could no longer practice in the State of Texas. I was only able to get into see once and she spent t...he entire time typing the case information into her computer that I had already typed into the state's online system. She then charged $1500. I asked for itemization and got none. I called numerous times to see what she was doing on my case and she either didn't return call or had not had time to do anything yet. Fired her and asked for money back. No response. Wrote letter to Andrew Hope and explained the situation and told him I wanted money back and itemization. No response. I then contacted VISA and explained the situation. VISA returned my money and gave Hoper 45 days to appeal. On day 43 VISA received an appeal as Andrew Hope wanted his money back. I now have 15 days to appeal his appeal. In addition, last week I received a new bill now for $2676. I still have zero itemizations. I am presuming he added another $1176 to my bill because he had to file an appeal with VISA. This firm is as crooked as they come. I am now filing a complaint with Iowa State Bar Ass'n. I also checked the Better Business Bureau and see Hope Law Firm has a B- rating and Andrew Hope never responded to a past complaint there either.
