also known as Tom Sinas
Tom Sinas is a trial lawyer who has spent his career serving the public and advocating for the injured. As a partner at Sinas Dramis Law Firm, he manages the firm’s downtown Grand Rapids office and is dedicated to serving his home community of West Michigan.
When Tom opened the Grand Rapids office of the law firm founded by his grandfather, the goal was clear; to bring the firm’s tradition of excellence in personal injury law and community service directly to West Michigan. That first meant leaving a prestigious career as a trial lawyer in Minneapolis and relocating his family to Grand Rapids. It next meant becoming deeply involved in community and professional endeavors. Tom brought the Lids for Kids program to Grand Rapids, which has resulted in nearly 3,000 West Michigan children receiving free bike helmets. Tom also co-hosts "Know the Law" on Fox 17, a weekly television segment that educates the public about laws that affect their everyday lives and legal rights.
Tom has held leadership positions in organizations such as the Brain Injury Association of Michigan, the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, and the Legal Assistance Center. He has also received numerous professional accolades, including being recognized as Michigan Super Lawyer, a Grand Rapids Top Lawyer, and a Michigan Leading Lawyer. In 2020, Tom was peer-recognized as a "Top 10 Plaintiff's Personal Injury Lawyer" in Michigan by Leading Lawyers Magazine and in 2021 was voted the "Best Personal Injury Attorney in Grand Rapids" by readers of the Grand Rapids Magazine. Most importantly, Tom has achieved justice for his clients, having obtained some of the firm’s largest personal injury settlements and verdicts.

"Over my 43 years of representing injured persons, I have dealt with hundreds of attorneys and I place Tom Sinas in the absolute top tier of personal injury trial attorneys. He is very capable and thorough. Tom is so well prepared that that he is ready and willing to try the case the moment it is filed. He has fully analyzed all angles. He knows what the case is worth and will not hesitate to try the case if the insurance company refuses to pay. Because of this, he has earned their respect. They know that they are up against the real deal. But, what I like even more is not how good of a trial lawyer he is, but that he is empathetic and very attentive to his clients. They not only have quick access to him, but they are also well informed about the strategy, developments and all legal aspects of the case. The clients are part of the team. Tom is usually several chess moves ahead of his opponent and the fun part is that his clients know what the next moves are."
"I consulted with Tom on a wrongful death case that occurred in Michigan. Tom is an excellent attorney and exactly the kind of lawyer you need when you get hurt. I was impressed with his thorough and comprehensive understanding of the nuances and unique aspects of Michigan personal injury law. His firm’s website contains a wealth of information on the Michigan no-fault law. Tom handled the matter with the upmost care, thoroughness and concern for his clients. Tom is a highly skilled attorney that is well respected in the legal community. I endorse this lawyer."
"Prior to working with Tom, we consulted on many matters and I was always impressed with his intellect and legal analysis of matters. Having now worked with him on numerous cases, I am even more impressed with his thoroughness and commitment to his clients."
