I co-counselled on a Colorado bike accident with Bryan Waldman. He was very knowledgeable about bicycle law issues and great to work with on a difficult case. Together, we achieved an excellent result for a deserving client.

I was involved in a motorcycle vs. car accident in June of 2012 in which I was severely injured. With my body badly broken I knew I would not be returning to work any time soon. How will I pay my bills? What are my rights as a motorcyclist? Who can I trust to protect me and my family from being taken advantage of by the insurance company?. These were few of many questions I desperately need answered.
With some very good advice from a friend my wife contacted Sinas Dramis Law Firm. The following day ,while still in the hospital, I met with Mr. George Sinas. The best decision I could have made!! By the time Mr. Sinas had left my hospital room I new my rights and had a good understanding of my PIP benefits. Upon leaving Mr. sinas said " Chad, you worry about healing. Let us ( Sinas Dramis Law Firm) take care of everything else. And that's exactly what I did.
Soon Mr. Sinas added Mr. Brian Waldman to our team. Now not only did I have one awesome attorney to protect me , I have two. HOME RUN!
As the insurance company was tough Mr. Sinas and Mr. Waldman were tougher. The two of them quickly answered any questions I had and also provided insight to what the future may hold.
When it came time to negotiate a settlement Mr. Sinas and Mr. Waldman are masters! Through out the settlement process my wife and I were kept very well informed and were correctly advised.
Mr. Sinas and Mr. Waldman not only negotiated a fair settlement but also protected my PIP benefits following the settlement.
Not only did I retain two top notch, very personable attorneys , but also I gained some new friends with the Sinas Dramis Law Firm family.

I had gotten into a motorcycle accident in August 2012 and I was referred to Bryan because he works with many motorcycle/car accidents. I only had liability on my motorcycle so I wasn't expecting any money from my insurance company. On the other hand, it was deemed the fault of the taxi driver that it me (luckily there was a traffic cop at the location of the accident).
However, a few months later, I found out that the taxi driver's insurance company had gone bankrupt. At this point, I had lost hope for the cost of the motorcycle and my injuries. Bryan went out of the way to find a Illinois Guarantee Fund that helps in these cases specifically and said that there still may be a way for me to get some reimbursement. He then filed for an uninsured motorist coverage claim for my insurance company and received the maximum amount. After that, he we to the Illinois Guarantee Fund and received even more money. And to finish it off, he came to an agreement with my health insurance provider so they would not take any of the money received from the other two sources. Because of Bryan, I believe that I received the appropriate amount of compensation for my injuries and the cost of my motorcycle.
Thanks again Bryan!!
