Knowledgeable and competent
My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. Bryan and his staff were very patient and kind and explained the entire litigation process as it moved along. They were always available for questions and assistance, never once acting like it was an inconvenience. Because there were three individuals - all with different insurance companies and all with varying injuries, this, I’m sure, was a difficult case to navigate through. But here we are, almost at the finish line and never once did we question our choice of attorney/firm. Bryan, Bri, Lauren – we cannot thank you enough for your diligence in getting the case in order and having our best interest at heart.

Can’t Recommend Enough
My husband and I contacted Bryan after I was hit by a car last October. He was recommended to us by a friend who had been in a similar accident. From the very beginning Bryan was helpful and transparent. Throughout my months of working with him to receive a settlement he proved not only be a great attorney, but also a good person. He shared advice with me as if I were one of his own children and honestly gave me his opinion instead of just trying to drag things out to get more money. He made a very difficult process go much smoother with his professionalism and expertise. We appreciate him, and Kriss, so much!

We have been very fortunate to have Bryan and the staff at Sinus, Dramis represent us after a major traffic accident. Having never been through a legal process like this before, Bryan was very thorough in letting us know what to expect. He was accessible in answering our calls and emails in a timely manner and continues to offer his advise even after our case has been settled. He is an excellent attorney and I would highly recommend Bryan and the Sinus, Dramis Law Firm.

Exceptionally knowledgeable
Bryan’s knowledge and experience were indispensable when I was hit by a truck on my bicycle. He was incredibly responsive, committed, and ensured that I received everything that was due to me as a result of the collision. His involvement took the mystery and stress out of a very unfamiliar situation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him if I found myself in need of future representation.

Excellent counsel
This past April while riding my bicycle I was hit by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. Aside from the road rash and blood, I was relatively unscathed. But my bike was damaged; cracked frame that needed to be replaced. The driver’s insurance company was dawdling and unresponsive — weeks and then months went by. I asked Bryan to intervene on my behalf and soon thereafter he was able to procure a favorable settlement for me. Bryan is a professional who takes care of his clients while providing excellent counsel, patiently explaining the steps he takes. I highly recommend him!

Superb representation
I can not say enough how impressed I am with Bryan, Kriss, and Bri! Bryan helped get me a favorable settlement from a major car accident I was involved. I went with Sinas and Dramis based on research. I was always treated professionally and every email or call was answered promptly. I must add that this all happened without ever meeting in person. I live in the Upper Penninsula but that did not hinder their ability to represent me. I highly recommend Sinas and Dramis!

Bike accident
A couple summers back, I crashed on my bike and was severely injured. I wasn’t sure if I had a case but met with and eventually hired Bryan Waldman. Bryan decided to take my case, despite believing I may not get the outcome I wanted. He took my case because he believed he could inspire and instill a positive behavior in the bike racing community to facilitate and promote needed safety changes. Bryan is humble, thoughtful, and an extremely passionate person about right and wrong. These qualities, amongst others, are what makes him the great human being he is. As far as my case is concerned, and against all odds, we ended up with a more than fair outcome. I can say without a doubt that the only reason things ended in a favorable manner was due to the work Bryan and his team did. Thank you, Bryan, for all of your help! I hope you know that you always have my respect and gratitude. To all those who read this, you won’t find a more loyal or good-hearted lawyer.

Awesome Bike Lawyer
Bryan Waldman and his team are awesome. I was hit by a car while cycling and a friend recommended that I contact Bryan. I’m glad I did! Bryan was super helpful in guiding me through all details of the post-crash landscape. He was kind, honest and clear in all of our interactions and never pushy in any way. I felt at ease knowing he was handling details of my case so that I could focus all of my attention on positive vibes, healing and recovery. I hope none of my friends or family are ever hit by a car while cycling. If they are, I won’t hesitate to recommend calling Bryan Waldman.

Going above and beyone expectations!
I have raced competitively as a cyclist between 35 and 75 times a year over the last five years. My accident occurred as I was nearing the end of a training ride on a very beautiful morning. I was riding around a business park area that had some beautiful open land areas surrounding it. Vehicular traffic was very low and I had already seen quite a bit of wildlife as well as a few deer right next to the road that seemed to pay no mind to me riding past them. As I was nearing the end of my ride, I encountered a car in the oncoming lane. When it made a left turn in front of me I had very little time to try and react. The right front fender collided with me and my bike and my body completely crushed the front windshield of the car. My resulting injuries left me unable to walk at all for six weeks. Fortunately, I was able to recover and have been able to resume cycling and racing again. I learned of Bryan and his work with cyclists while attending several bike races that he supported. In my over 25 years as a police officer I have had many interactions with attorneys. Unfortunately for their clients, many attorneys seem to just go through the motions and spend very little actual time working on their client’s case. Not Bryan Waldman. Bryan not only worked with the at fault driver’s insurance company to reach a fair settlement, he helped me work with my insurance company and the hospital that treated me so that nothing was missed. I can’t say enough about the wonderfully positive experience I had working with Bryan through what was a very difficult and painful time. Since my accident I have been happy to recommended Bryan to other cyclists that I know who have unfortunately been involved in similar accidents.

Motorcycle accident
In 2016 I was involved in a motorcycle accident after a motorist failed to yield my right away. I sustained major injuries and was going to be out of work for many months. The insurance companies that covered me for this type of accident were being very difficult to work with. We contacted Mr. Waldman a couple weeks after the accident after my wife and I realized we needed an expert to deal with the insurance companies, as I needed to concentrate on surgeries and healing. Bryan Waldman and his team stepped up, worked very diligently on our case for us. They were very compassionate and put our minds at ease during this hardship we were going through. Mr. Waldman and his team were able to get the compensation that were rightfully owed to us and we would recommend the Sinas Dramis Law firm and Bryan Waldman to anyone that needs an excellent lawyer!! Thanks again and God Bless!

Cyclist struck by a car
A close friend and I were struck by a vehicle in downtown Plymouth while finishing up a ride. Fortunately, we’re both here to talk about our experience. I was referred to Attorney Bryan Waldman through a local bike fitter (cycling community is a small world). He brought incredible ease to my mind explaining the legal process every step of the way. He is an advocate through and through. His responses are timely, incredibly thorough and efficient.

A Man of Great Integrity and Compassion. Incredible Lawyer, Better Man
I was involved in a case that ended recently and I can say without a doubt that the only reason things ended in the favorable manner that they did was due to Bryan and the work he did. Moreover, while he was incredibly thorough with everything that pertained to the case itself, as a young man myself, he provided guidance in a way that at the time I was struggling to find from elsewhere. This man is someone I pray I am fortunate enough to be able to keep in my life for as long as possible. Bryan if you're reading this, Thank you and know that you always have my appreciation and if you ever need anything, simply call or text me. To all those who read this, you'll not find a better, more loyal and good-hearted lawyer. A man you'd be smart to keep around after his services have finished.

Eminently Professional and Exceptionally Kind
Bryan handled my case when I was hit by a drunk driver while riding my bicycle. He walked me through absolutely every step of the process, was always available, and was immensely patient and kind in taking the time to explain things to me. I never felt rushed, and I never felt like he was either in a hurry to close my case or insufficiently concerned about my case to give it his full attention. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone in need of the services he provides.

Excellent lawyer and even better person
I co-counselled on a Colorado bike accident with Bryan Waldman. He was very knowledgeable about bicycle law issues and great to work with on a difficult case. Together, we achieved an excellent result for a deserving client.

Mr. George Sinas and Mr. Brian Waldman, HOME RUN!
I was involved in a motorcycle vs. car accident in June of 2012 in which I was severely injured. With my body badly broken I knew I would not be returning to work any time soon. How will I pay my bills? What are my rights as a motorcyclist? Who can I trust to protect me and my family from being taken advantage of by the insurance company?. These were few of many questions I desperately need answered. With some very good advice from a friend my wife contacted Sinas Dramis Law Firm. The following day ,while still in the hospital, I met with Mr. George Sinas. The best decision I could have made!! By the time Mr. Sinas had left my hospital room I new my rights and had a good understanding of my PIP benefits. Upon leaving Mr. sinas said " Chad, you worry about healing. Let us ( Sinas Dramis Law Firm) take care of everything else. And that's exactly what I did. Soon Mr. Sinas added Mr. Brian Waldman to our team. Now not only did I have one awesome attorney to protect me , I have two. HOME RUN! As the insurance company was tough Mr. Sinas and Mr. Waldman were tougher. The two of them quickly answered any questions I had and also provided insight to what the future may hold. When it came time to negotiate a settlement Mr. Sinas and Mr. Waldman are masters! Through out the settlement process my wife and I were kept very well informed and were correctly advised. Mr. Sinas and Mr. Waldman not only negotiated a fair settlement but also protected my PIP benefits following the settlement. Not only did I retain two top notch, very personable attorneys , but also I gained some new friends with the Sinas Dramis Law Firm family.

Helped significantly in a case where I thought I would not get any money
I had gotten into a motorcycle accident in August 2012 and I was referred to Bryan because he works with many motorcycle/car accidents. I only had liability on my motorcycle so I wasn't expecting any money from my insurance company. On the other hand, it was deemed the fault of the taxi driver that it me (luckily there was a traffic cop at the location of the accident). However, a few months later, I found out that the taxi driver's insurance company had gone bankrupt. At this point, I had lost hope for the cost of the motorcycle and my injuries. Bryan went out of the way to find a Illinois Guarantee Fund that helps in these cases specifically and said that there still may be a way for me to get some reimbursement. He then filed for an uninsured motorist coverage claim for my insurance company and received the maximum amount. After that, he we to the Illinois Guarantee Fund and received even more money. And to finish it off, he came to an agreement with my health insurance provider so they would not take any of the money received from the other two sources. Because of Bryan, I believe that I received the appropriate amount of compensation for my injuries and the cost of my motorcycle. Thanks again Bryan!!

Best I Could Have Asked For
I had been fighting an insurance company after being hit by a car while riding my bike for two years when I came to Bryan. I was about to move to Seattle in a couple of weeks, and I was basically going to him as a last ditch attempt to get something out of my case. Bryan responded rapidly, getting a top-notch photographer to document my injuries, acquired all my hospital records and sent me off to Seattle with a promise to take care of everything. He delivered, keeping me informed through every step of the process and always providing full explanations for his actions and those of the insurance company, as well as providing me with a variety of options. When the settlement was finished, Bryan had gotten me near to my maximum possible return, in just a few months. He's been a pleasure to work with, and has always remained communicative through every medium one could ask for -- text, email, phone. I couldn't recommend a better lawyer.

Excellent Representation
Bryan Waldman was a huge asset to me after a motorcycle/automobile accident. Bryan took the time to meet with me at my home since I was in a wheelchair at the time and he explained the process and was very informative. I knew that I would want Bryan to represent me after meeting with him and it was a very good decision. I am extremely pleased with his hard work, communication, and dedication to my case which resulted in a settlement out of court. I would recommend Bryan to anyone without hesitation! Thanks again Bryan!

Bryan Waldman performance in personal injury case
I want to first say that I fully endorse Bryan as a lawyer and a caring gentleman. His legal knowledge and abilities are top-shelf and he is an authentic and personable man who took the time to know me and my family. I would not hesitate to work with him in the future. Bryan represented me in a personal injury case. I was significantly injured when the vehicle I rode in was broadsided by a driver who ran a stop sign. The impact was directly on the passenger-side door where I was seated. I came to his firm because of a recommendation from a friend and sought legal help because the complexity of the case was well beyond my abilities to represent myself. Bryan interviewed me thoroughly and professionally, explaining that he does not take frivolous cases. After a careful review of the facts, he accepted the case. (His team at the firm included lawyer Dan Moraniec.) Several attempts were made to settle directly with the insurer and evaluated by Bryan based on research he did to estimate a fair value based on similar cases. The insurance company's offers were well below and Bryan advised me to reject them. The case then went to an independent review panel and the insurance company rejected that figure as excessive. At that point, Bryan met with me to discuss the situation and the risk/reward scenario of a law suit. I was never pressured by him to choose one way or another, and he truly encouraged me to do what I believed to be the best thing for my family. After considering the possible outcomes, I chose a law suit as the best approach; I felt our team had done its best to settle the case fairly out of court. Bryan was efficient in all the required filings and pretrial processing. This is a much more extensive undertaking than I realized and takes a lot of work. He did it right the first time! Before the trial, Bryan met with me (on a weekend) to prepare me for the trial. I had never brought a law suit to court and I was nervous. He explained what he would do, what the defense would do and how I would be involved. I was still nervous, but I felt much more confident. At trial, Bryan has a terrific presence, very confident and assured. Over two days, he called the witnesses that he felt would be right for the case and combined that with the medical evidence to show the effect my injuries have had on my life. Bryan sticks to the facts of the case with a intensity. The summary to the jury was masterful in my opinion. He tied the evidence and to the Michigan law, reasoned and direct. Significantly, he called out objections to the defense when that team incorrectly cited statute. What I saw was a truly impressive display of professional knowledge and conduct by a seasoned professional. The jury decided in our favor and the amount was much greater than any of the previous out of court amounts. Bryan obtained final payment in a matter of weeks, well within an acceptable time. He showed me a detailed accounting of all case expenses and his firm's share and I did not have even the smallest doubt of its integrity. I am thankful to this day for the service Bryan gave me and my family and I recommend him for personal injury matters. Thank You Bryan!
