Best Firm Around

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Tom Sinus and his team! At 18, I didn't expect to be hiring an attorney but sometimes that is how life works. Tom and his team were compassionate, informative, hard working and overall the best team I could have asked for to handle my case.

Lawyer Review for Thomas George Sinas

We were very pleased with Tom and his assistant Kayleigh. We first met in our home as I was not able to get out and about very well. Through a lengthy interview process, they gathered pertinent facts and information and then proceeded to run with the ball and gather voluminous medical information an...d reach out to the powers that be in order to negotiate on our behalf. We found Tom to be highly personable, compassionate and honest and feel he represented us well. We were pleased with the outcome of our case and would feel extremely comfortable recommending him to someone in need of a personal injury attorney.

Car accident

Tom Sinas was very knowledgeable about no fault insurance and very helpful in getting settlement for our family. I would highly recommend him.

AS GOOD AS IT GETS!

Attorney Thomas G. Sinas was extremely helpful in resolving our case through our insurance company. I was hit by a car while I was at the mailbox by a driver who was texting his girlfriend while driving. The result was that I had twelve fractured bones and my right leg had to be amputated. Mr. Sina...s worked with us through the whole process of receiving a settlement and release from the insurance company. He suggested additional meaningful language to the original Settlement Release form before he felt it was just right. He was very meticulous in getting the wording just right. We would definitely recommend him to others in the same situation or any other situation that requires legal assistance. Thomas G. Sinas is second to none and is a credit to the legal profession in every way..

I would highly recommend Tom Sinas

I am very pleased that Tom Sinas was my lawyer during my lawsuit. In December of 2017 I was in a major car accident and suffered multiple injuries. Tom came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. He was professional and very thorough in explaining the law concerning my case and excellent i...n communicating with me over the year and a half that we worked together. I had never been through a lawsuit before and felt very uneasy. Tom always clearly gave me all my options with each step of the suit so that I could make the best decision. He was patient and honest when answering all of my questions. I not only felt that I had a lawyer that was going to help me, but a "friend by my side". Because of Tom I received more in my settlement than I ever expected and I am extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Tom Sinas as a lawyer that will fight for his client and have their best interest in mind. Thank you Tom! Kathy

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Over my 43 years of representing injured persons, I have dealt with hundreds of attorneys and I place Tom Sinas in the absolute top tier of personal injury trial attorneys. He is very capable and thorough. Tom is so well prepared that that he is ready and willing to try the case the moment it is filed. He has fully analyzed all angles. He knows what the case is worth and will not hesitate to try the case if the insurance company refuses to pay. Because of this, he has earned their respect. They know that they are up against the real deal. But, what I like even more is not how good of a trial lawyer he is, but that he is empathetic and very attentive to his clients. They not only have quick access to him, but they are also well informed about the strategy, developments and all legal aspects of the case. The clients are part of the team. Tom is usually several chess moves ahead of his opponent and the fun part is that his clients know what the next moves are."
