Bill made me believe in attorneys.

Bill helped us after my husband was in a horrible motorcycle accident. My husband died tragically and unexpectedly. Bill went above and beyond to advocate for me and my kids. Bill took a huge weight off my shoulders which allowed me to grieve. He explained and walked with me through very step. He was... patient with my questions and was always available. Bill became my friend and my attorney for life. Thank you Bill! I am eternally grateful!

Great Attorney

I had a great experience with William C. Failey. He was very nice with strong communication skills. It took least then a year for me to get my settlement. I could always get in touch with him and he always return phone calls in a timely manner.

Lost wages

After my auto accident my insurance company didn't want to pay up. Bill defiantly got the job time In a fast timely manner. Knowledgable on Michigan law and repsponds quickly to emails or phone calls. I highly recommend Mr.Failey he'll get the job done!
