Hired James for a complicated child custody case in 2019. He filed one exparte order and never followed through on it. Had to beg for communication. James talked a goid game when we could get a hold of him but there was never any follow through. He had excuse after excuse for why nothing got done. Dr...agged this out for two years and then removed himself. Had to hire another attorney to clean up his mess. Said he sent our files on Nov 1st and still haven't gotten them 3+ weeks later. He created a nightmare for our family.

I hired James to help with a messy divorce. After 3 months my husband was never served the complaint the summons expired and now I am to look for a new lawyer to help. He didn’t do his job and ignored all text, calls and emails. He was very u professional and I never felt like a priority. Please look... else where For a competent divorce lawyer.

Attorney Keibler is a very poor Family Law attorney. Not only did he not even remember my sons name half the time, he was completely unprepared for trial. He failed to even read the FOC review and ended up costing me any type of custody in my sons case. I got a phone call literally on my way to th...e court house and he told me that he didn’t “notice” something mentioned in the review and how he thought he might lose the case. In addition to being unprepared, he was a terrible advisor of law. As someone who has never had any experience with family law, I expected to be coached on the best way to proceed with my custody case and all the things I could have done to strengthen my position. I changed lawyers after the trial and my lawyer now has proceeded the point out all the ways that he misrepresented me and cost me precious time with my son. Now that it is over and I have a much better attorney, I realized how much he truly did not care about me or my son. I hope this review helps someone else. Please do not use James for any type of Family Law.
