Very Happy client
I met Mr. Howard after he agreed to take my case "pro-bono". I was vary happy with the service that Mr. Howard prvided. We won our case. I found Mr. Howard to be a very resectful and capable Lawyer. I would recommend Mr. Howard to anyone who is seeking legal representation.

Would not recommend.
Showed up on time, if on time is exactly when you are supposed to be there. In the real world ten minutes early is on time. From there he proceeded to quickly review paperwork and go to court. Pretty weak for the amount of money paid.
