James B. Howard

Mr. Howard has been my lawyer on a few cases in the past few years. He is a fantastic attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of honest, friendly, and professional help. He really cared about me and took concern over me and my case. I was looking at almost certain jail time on the... case he took for me last year but with his wonderful help I ended up only paying a $300 fine. He gave me honest expectations for my case, gave me excellent council, and showed concern for my personal well being. Charged with assault, I was referred to Mr. Howard by a family friend. Mr. Howard meet with me and my parents. He listened, advised and encouraged. Very down to earth and non judgmental. Mr. Howard was very accessible, he explained each and every step and was present at each court appearance.
