James B. Howard

Mr. Howard has been my lawyer on a few cases in the past few years. He is a fantastic attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of honest, friendly, and professional help. He really cared about me and took concern over me and my case. I was looking at almost certain jail time on the... case he took for me last year but with his wonderful help I ended up only paying a $300 fine. He gave me honest expectations for my case, gave me excellent council, and showed concern for my personal well being. Charged with assault, I was referred to Mr. Howard by a family friend. Mr. Howard meet with me and my parents. He listened, advised and encouraged. Very down to earth and non judgmental. I... liked the fact that he saw me for the individual that I was and went to work for my well being. His knowledge of the law has allowed me to receive a sentence that in the end will not affect me in the future and will result in a clean slate after completing my probation period.
