I am very satisfied with the legal help provided by Mr. Puckett. I hired him to help with my divorce when things had started to become messy. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, has a very good sense of how situations are going to play out, and also keeps the human side of things in mind. I... came to the initial consultation terrified. I was being falsely accused of abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. I had no idea how any of this worked. As far as I knew, I was going to end up destitute and broken after the divorce. After explaining my situation to Mr. Puckett, he gave me what he thought a likely outcome would be. And he was right. Instead of the nightmare that I thought would play out, I ended up with a fair and equitable settlement with my ex wife. I would recommend Mr. Puckett in a heart beat!

Would not recommend this guy to represent you or anyone you know. He's dirty, manipulative, and leads his clients in a very childish way. He submits and creates inaccurate information that he presents to the court. Truly makes up preposterous information. The way he operates and practices law, I'm SH...OCKED anyone takes him seriously. It's even more shocking that any Judge actually listens to him. The way he writes is like a child (matches his high pitched voice). He's SLIME. I'm not sure how he sleeps at night. I heard he's retiring and I truly hope that's true as this man doesn't deserve to practice law or help anyone who needs his services. He's beyond dirty. SCUM doesn't even come close to who this guy really is. I remember my (now ex wife) saying to a family member who was going through a tough time with their spouse: "Hire Puckett, he will take everything from your husband and make sure they won't even be able to live". First of all, my fault for even being in a relationship with someone who would say something like that (and boy did she attempt to do that to me) and secondly, this shows you how this guy runs his firm. He will do anything including lie, cheat, make up things to present to the court and make you look like a criminal when in reality, it couldn't be further from the truth. Do not hire this guy. He's not ethical and truly a horrible human being.

I noticed that Attorney Puckett is a well respected lawyer within the court, etc., system. Thorough and prompt! Always aware. Always concise. I never left his off...ice with unanswered questions.
