My practice is focused on construction and immigration law.
For my construction clients, we provide a wide-ranging set of legal services. We represent the interests of owners, architects, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers at every stage of the process, from drafting initial contracts through project completion, including any disputes.
In terms of immigration law, I represent clients seeking family-based petitions, adjustment applications, asylum, special immigrant juvenile visas, U visas, naturalization, obtaining Provisional Waivers for Unlawful Presence, preparing documents for consulate interviews, removal proceedings, and the appellate process. I have represented clients in Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
