Donald J. Neville

I frantically hired Mr. Donald Neville in an urgency to have a lawyer for my parenting time and custody case. Mr. Neville failed to communicate, failed to appear to one of our meetings and was late to one of my zoom hearings. He also didn’t communicate he agreed to adjourn a hearing without consultin...g me and then failed to communicate the outcome. Mr. Neville has gladly took my $1,500, but has failed to refund any amount as he barely represented me at all. He also has lacked calling me back when I have called and emailed multiple times in regards to a refund. I have since hired a new attorney and am very pleased with her. He also took his time in removing himself from my case and lacked contacting my new lawyer when she tried reached him. I would not recommend Mr. Neville as a lawyer of any kind, due to his lack of communication and lack of responsibility to represent others. I am now unfortunately out of money and had to find more to retain a new lawyer.

Don is great. He met with me after hours, he answered every question, he did not bill me for any times we spoke. He did a great job. He was always prepared and on time. He made the other attorney look foolish. I was glad he was fighting for me. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.... Any anonymous review is probably from another attorney scared to get schooled again.

Don has represented me/my son, several times. The 1st time we had hired a different attorney. She really messed things up even more, making a deal with the My 15 month old grandsons Mom that almost got him killed. Don was able to undo that and get him out of an extremely dangerous situation within 48... Hrs. Every time I have hired Don, he has been very aggressive toward the problem, and solved the problem. He is an awesome attorney that cares about his clients. He knows what has to be done and does it. What ever you need an attorney for, I would HIGHLY recommend Don..
