My life was destroyed by this so-called lawyer not doing his job and protecting my rights

I thought Don was may friend before he represented me at trial in 2015. He charged us $25,000, and somehow I got sentenced to 50-75 years. He wasn't prepared for trial! He wasn't updated on the state law pertaining to custodial interrogations required to be recorded. He was updated on Supreme Ct. pre...cedent pertaining to warrantless cell phone searches being prohibited. He didn't research some critical issues of my case or call certain witnesses that could have possibly helped my case. He was late obtaining surveillance videos that would have helped if they had not been erased. He told me the judge would have his back during a pretrial hearing, but that wasn't quite accurate. At the end of my trial, and the guilty verdict came back I vanished. The next time I seen him was at sentencing. He told me he would come see me following sentencing, but I was left in tears wondering what just happened. During trial, he even showed me a text that came from his wife where she showed her breasts, yes, during trial!! Not her fault! We felt he cheated us out of $25,000, and a greater possibility of being with my daughter who's now 20 years old. If Sarah ,HIS EX -WIFE , see our post please contact us.

Promised my kids back to me in three months... here I am without them 18months later

I retained Don for 3000 dollars and paid 275 an hour to be told I would have my kids home within 3 months. Its now 18 months in and he wont answer my calls emails or texts. He lost my 6yrs cd with her interview on it, regarding her personally, he never filed a disposition to explain what needed to be... explain for the judge to understand a particular situation. Never filed any p paperwork, and when i asked he said we could make some moves but sincr i didnt have 200 dollars he couldnt do anything he lied in court, took my money as I kept him at a zero balance and apparently used my retainer for some other bill which I never saw. Didn't show up to my last Meeting or court today. Have heard he drinks while in court, while driving and where ever else he goes... I'm now looking at losing my kids for good and he's nowhere to be found, even Google says his business is permanently closed.

Horrible Attorney!

I frantically hired Mr. Donald Neville in an urgency to have a lawyer for my parenting time and custody case. Mr. Neville failed to communicate, failed to appear to one of our meetings and was late to one of my zoom hearings. He also didn’t communicate he agreed to adjourn a hearing without consultin...g me and then failed to communicate the outcome. Mr. Neville has gladly took my $1,500, but has failed to refund any amount as he barely represented me at all. He also has lacked calling me back when I have called and emailed multiple times in regards to a refund. I have since hired a new attorney and am very pleased with her. He also took his time in removing himself from my case and lacked contacting my new lawyer when she tried reached him. I would not recommend Mr. Neville as a lawyer of any kind, due to his lack of communication and lack of responsibility to represent others. I am now unfortunately out of money and had to find more to retain a new lawyer.
