I retained Don for 3000 dollars and paid 275 an hour to be told I would have my kids home within 3 months. Its now 18 months in and he wont answer my calls emails or texts. He lost my 6yrs cd with her interview on it, regarding her personally, he never filed a disposition to explain what needed to be... explain for the judge to understand a particular situation. Never filed any p paperwork, and when i asked he said we could make some moves but sincr i didnt have 200 dollars he couldnt do anything he lied in court, took my money as I kept him at a zero balance and apparently used my retainer for some other bill which I never saw. Didn't show up to my last Meeting or court today. Have heard he drinks while in court, while driving and where ever else he goes... I'm now looking at losing my kids for good and he's nowhere to be found, even Google says his business is permanently closed.

Donald NEVILLE is abusive he abused me our entire marriage. He abused our children. He sexually abuses woman or any female he can! He signed my 2 older kids to my Ex Alcoholic 5 years ago when he was charged Domestic Violence 2x against me! The Courts allow a Monster. I will help the victims as I liv...ed a lie 13 long years with Don he’s currently 20,000 behind in support and hasn’t seen his son who’s 10 in over a year now!!! No support. No Jail???

I was referred to this lawyer to handle my divorce, it was difficult to come up with the retainer, and the subsequent payments thereafter. Of course, he gladly took my money, but he barely delivered any peace of mind to my situation. My ex wife was awarded the marital home, but she has failed to do h...er part and apparently this paid attorney took off with my money. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out what to do.

Attorney Neville should be permanently disbarred. I regret the moment that I made a rush judgment to hire him, should have researched his reputation and other suspensions. Mr Neville was completely negligent with my confidential documents; grossly unresponsive to countless attempts to discuss case ...details through the entire process; misrepresented facts at trial due to his lack of specifics, that were provided repeatedly to him. He lost every aspect of my case. Even now, two months later, he is not responding to my requests for “proofs” to be returned.
