Donald J. Neville

Attorney Neville should be permanently disbarred. I regret the moment that I made a rush judgment to hire him, should have researched his reputation and other suspensions. Mr Neville was completely negligent with my confidential documents; grossly unresponsive to countless attempts to discuss case ...details through the entire process; misrepresented facts at trial due to his lack of specifics, that were provided repeatedly to him. He lost every aspect of my case. Even now, two months later, he is not responding to my requests for “proofs” to be returned.

Hired Neville and paid $1500 retainer up front for a simple motion - dodged me for weeks then months. Wouldn’t answer calls, emails, texts for weeks then would send an email at 1am saying he filed a motion and scheduled a hearing only to call the court and find out neither had happened. He said thi...s a few times. Absolute con job and a thief. I’m in process of filing complaint with state legal board and a small claims filing. Numerous other complaints identical to mine - takes money, never files motions or does any work, doesn’t respond for weeks or months, then disappears. This guy needs to lose his license and his freedom. Just a matter of time before it catches all up. Stunning.

I frantically hired Mr. Donald Neville in an urgency to have a lawyer for my parenting time and custody case. Mr. Neville failed to communicate, failed to appear to one of our meetings and was late to one of my zoom hearings. He also didn’t communicate he agreed to adjourn a hearing without consultin...g me and then failed to communicate the outcome. Mr. Neville has gladly took my $1,500, but has failed to refund any amount as he barely represented me at all. He also has lacked calling me back when I have called and emailed multiple times in regards to a refund. I have since hired a new attorney and am very pleased with her. He also took his time in removing himself from my case and lacked contacting my new lawyer when she tried reached him. I would not recommend Mr. Neville as a lawyer of any kind, due to his lack of communication and lack of responsibility to represent others. I am now unfortunately out of money and had to find more to retain a new lawyer.

Can't say enough about Mr. Neville and Family. He not only helped me with a couple criminal cases, he won me custody of my son in just a short time (mind u, I've been tryin solo for yrs).....During this time, other issues came up and I needed Mr. Neville with very short notice and he did not hesitate... to represent me. He's honest, straight forward, compassionate, affordable and aggressive. (gets it done!) Thank you so much Mr. Neville for all your help, the impact u have made in my families life is tremendous........I just can't thank u enough.

Don and his wife Sarah have helped my family in many ways. He helped one of my children with a M.I.P. charge and for that ,we are all eternally grateful. He has helped a dear friend of mine. He was my divorce attorney and would no doubt have served me well , had my husband not been tragically killed ...at the onset of our divorce. Don and his wife Sarah were there for the children and I from day one to help us through a most difficult time in all of our lives. He helped me with anything I needed and my needs were plentiful . He did my will for me which as a mother of fatherless children, brought me great comfort during our time of grief . He has looked over many legal documents for me and has explained them all to me with the utmost of patience and clarity as he knows exactly how to word things so I will understand them. He is currently helping me with other legal matters . He is very fair with what he charges and he is well worth every penny. Don and Sarah go above and beyond to make me feel safe and secure and that is a wonderful thing.
